AUS Branch - Travel Scholarship

Nominations Deadline: Jan 31, 2020

All nominations should be sent to: IAATI Australasian Branch, PO Box PO Box 71, Collinswood, South Australia 5081 or .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

NOTE:  THIS SCHOLARSHIP IS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED.

The Australasian Branch Committee of IAATI recognises that our geographic isolation can sometimes be a barrier for its members to keep abreast of current international trends. While the Committee strives to invite international experts to our Annual Training Seminars it is not always possible to arrange such visits.

With the support of our long term sponsor, F.I.R.E.S., we have established a travel scholarship to assist the chosen Australasian Branch member with their travel and accommodation costs to attend any IAATI training outside the Australasian Branch during the next 12 months.

Through this new initiative the successful Australasian Branch Member will receive reimbursements up to the value of $AUS 3,000 for specified travel and accommodation expenses (subject to conditions specified in the brochure)

This is a valuable opportunity to enhance your career. Not only will you get to learn first hand of trends, modus operandi, successful investigation methods etc. from leading experts, you will also develop important contacts that will be able to assist you with future investigations and form life long friendships.

In addition you will return home with increased skills and knowledge that you can share with your colleagues and improve your promotional prospects.

The closing date for nominations is 31st January 2020.

Note: the successful applicant may be asked by the host Chapter or Branch to provide a presentation to their delegates.

The winner of the 2020 Travel Scholarship will be able to choose from any of 2020 Branch and Chapter Seminars outside of Australia, or the 68th International Training Seminar in Chicago, USA in August.
